1 General Provisions

444cv is an online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services. These Terms apply to Bangladeshi users and are written in Bengali.

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the 444cv website and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who has created an account on the Platform or is using its services.

444cv reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your automatic acceptance of the new terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 444cv's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must be a legally capable individual who can enter into a contract on your own judgment.
• You must use a valid account registered in your own name.
• You must not operate an account on behalf of or under the instruction of another person.

Providing a false age or false information is a serious violation and may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and related bonuses may be cancelled.

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as per national ID card or passport).
• Valid mobile number and email address.
• Correct date of birth.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

444cv may request documents for identity verification when needed. Failure to provide documents may delay the withdrawal process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

444cv currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from an account or bank registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be automatically returned.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

444cv reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request in cases of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The 444cv welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Bonus Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳10,000 → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳15,000.

The bonus wagering requirement is 15x and applies only to the bonus amount (not to the combined total of deposit and bonus).

Wagering Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.

Additional terms related to bonuses:

• More than one bonus cannot be claimed from the same device, IP address, or household.
• Placing bets on only one side using a bonus ("multi-account arbitrage") is prohibited.
• 444cv reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• Separate terms apply for joining the VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum).

6 Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

All bets and games on 444cv are conducted under fair and transparent rules. It is the user's responsibility to follow the rules of each game published on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 444cv has the right to cancel confirmed bets placed on incorrectly displayed odds or payouts due to technical errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any betting market, 444cv's decision will be considered final.
• In sports betting, the staked bet amount will be refunded for tied or cancelled events.

Games operated on the 444cv platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified under a fair play policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444cv platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or transferring illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any system or software of the platform.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that harms the system.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other users.
• Providing a false identity or false documents.

For any of the above violations, 444cv may close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

444cv may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or irregular activity.
• Providing false information or forged documents.
• Refusal to cooperate with identity verification.

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. In that case, please contact the support team. Any valid balance at the time of account closure will be returned (subject to applicable wagering requirements being met).

9 Responsible Gaming

444cv places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a solution to financial problems.

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• A self-exclusion option is available, allowing users to take a temporary break from the platform.
• If you feel you have a problem with gaming, please contact our support team.
• Only bet money whose loss would have no impact on your daily life.

444cv is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Service being unavailable during technical errors or server maintenance.
• Loss caused by the user's own device or internet issues.
• Unauthorized access to an account by a third party if the user has not kept the password secure.
• Force majeure events: natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, etc.

In any circumstance, 444cv's maximum liability will never exceed the total amount deposited in the user's account.

12 Amendments & Changes to Terms

444cv may partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

For significant changes, 444cv will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. However, continuing to use the platform after a change will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
